Hey Everyone, 

I am running the numbers for a multi unit property in Huntsville. I am using the bp rental property calculator and it asked for typical area cap rate.  I have the properties cap rate figured out, but I do not know what my average cap rate is in Huntsville Alabama.  Could someone please help provide me with that number? I read 9 is an average cap rate.
