Hello All

This is my first post... I am new to real estate investing and wholesaling.  I am looking to work with a title company that is investor friendly and i knowledgable with "double closings and assignments".  Also looking to work with an attorney who is in the know with "double closings and assignments".

Any assistance appreciated.
