LOOKING FOR BULK COMMERCIAL REO'S IN NYC

Hello--

Through a few years or hard work I have been able to build a great buyer database.

I now am in need of bulk commercial and residential tapes that will actually close.

I have been dragged all around the world by "directs" claiming to close or have inventory but can't. Do bulk reo tapes even exist outside the walls of large REIT's or hedge funds?
