How to get my feet wet in real estate

Hello bigger pockets .. This is my first post on this Amazing website I will say that this is and incredible community and I know I will learn so much. I work a full time job and want to keep that income flowing.. Sooner or later I plan to remove my self from my job and focus full time on investing .. I'm just struggling to get my feet wet in this game. I want to get real and I emphasize the word REAL! Advice from experienced investors who started out from nothing . I know my future is bright and I plan to use my mind . I just need the proper push off and time to invest my self in to this business. I just need the proper push off into this game
