Hi,

As an investor, How to manage the risk of lease options:

for example. I found a buyer who willing to lease to buy my property, and I received down payment and monthly additional money from that buyer, if anytime, that buyer unable to pay and default, I need to evict that buyer. But that buyer may be very upset since he had already paid so much down payment and additional money to me. Upset buyer may take extreme actions, like damage property...

Whats you diea to handle this risk?

thanks

daniel liu
