5 unit or 4 unit rental.....what is best overall?

I just bought a 5 unit. 4 of the 5 units are rented. I see in regards to the lending and insurance world when you go to a 5 unit things change as far as rates and loan types and terms. Im considering joining two units together to make this a 4 unit. I would lose about $200 a month in revenue but think this would be better for resale, insurance, financing, etc.

Would love everyone's feedback and why or why not i should do this.
