I'm an out of state investor trying to find out all of the unknown cost in the state of Georgia that I might need to know about. How do I find out? Do I pay for utilities? State taxes? Anything else I should know

Hi Jasmine, I assume your asking about expenses you will cover as a landlord. In Georgia, its common that most tenants cover all the utilities except the water/sewage bill.

Taxes are a bit more complicated. Each county and city has a different formula for the amount of taxes you will be responsible for. I included a link below.

-Also most out of state investors pay between 8 to 10% of total rents for property management. You can find cheaper but, you get what you pay for.

Research here of bp for more info. I hope that helps.
