Cash Offers vs Financing
Good afternoon. Doing some research/educating and on the topic of Cash offers vs Financing offers. Just looking for the opinion of investors who have been through both and to see if they can provide any help in the areas in question.
1) What are the benefits of a Cash offer compared to a Finance Offer?
2) When we say "Cash offer" how much of the sales price are you actually paying in Cash? ex) If the sales price is 100k how much of that do you pay in cash?
3) Are there any scenarios where a financed offer would be more beneficial than a cash offer?
Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Again
Dan
