Foundation repair in a fourplex?

I'm looking at wholesaling one unit in a fourplex of condos in Tulsa. Like a lot of properties in this area, it needs some piering. My question is, would a foundation company have to repair the entire building (i.e. all four units) or would it be possible to just pier the one unit? I want to make sure I'm getting all the information for any potential buyer, and make sure I'm properly evaluating the costs.
