I have a potential investor willing to invest and they have good credit but they  have a couple mortgages and they are concerned that an additional mortgage on their credit report could hurt their credit score. is their any way around that? can the deal be set up in the name of a business entity of some sort? their has to be a way around this. also let me know, if you have had any success with crowdfunding. also does  anyojne know where i can find a source to provide me with sample deals?  any investors willing to allow me to review the paperwork from your deals minus any personal information? maybe refer me to a template?
