We have three properties under contract.  Today we accepted offers on two of them!  Every step of the investing process is exciting!  When you negotiate a deal and put it under contract.  When you market and find a buyer that offer you what you want for your deal.  And when you close the deal at the title company and get a fat check!!  All three are an adrenaline rush!  Cheers to success!  April Contracts Bring May Checks!
