First multifamily deal closed today!

Today I closed on my first multifamily deal! It was brought to me by a wholesaler. Two duplexes that sit adjacent to each other on one parcel. It was purchased for 105k. Working on refinancing with a bank that is covering all repair costs and 80% of the purchase price. Repairs should run no more than 20k, making the total investment 125k. The monthly rental income is $2,700 making the gross income $32,400. Here is to the first of many multifamily deals!
