Hi my name is CJ, and I am currently a Real Estate Agent. I recently decided that I want to add RE investing to my repertoire, I was watching this infomercial, Than Merrill's FortuneBuilders and decided to go to the free seminar. I ended up paying the $197 to go to the 3 day training course which is coming up next weekend in Oakland. I read online from students that claim they have attended the weekend training courses and they said that if you want to really get in you would have to pay anywhere from $15k to 34k. Has anyone been to the Than Merrill's RE training course and if so what are your thoughts?

Obviously I'm not to sure about Than Merrill's course and I am really interested in Joining the Bigger Pockets community. What are some of your thoughts?

Thank you,
