structuring rent to sell deal..
Hello all, I have a house rented and may want to sell in a couple of years when the values rise some more. I have a long term tenent who may be interested in buying this or another house that's currently rented. Is there a best way to structure the deal with them now, ensure I can sell it at the expected 25% 2 year appreciation value and make it a win_win? From what I've read it seems i can charge a deposit but no longer an increased rental payment toward their purchase option corect.BTW, the property is in California. Thanks in advance for the replies. Susan
