What can I do with the front of this house?

I know that this isn't necessarily a design forum, but I'm curious if anyone has ever dealt with a similar type of house. It looks like they just quit building halfway through on the front of the house.

Most of our budget will be allocated elsewhere, but I am wondering if there is something creative to do here...

I would at least put some cross beams on the  top part of the right half of the roof where there is no front panel to make it look whole.  You could put  a  solid panel but my guess is that the right hand side has some sort of clear covering to let light in. It also needs some color either around that window or in the landscaping. Curious to see what others say.
