Condo in Cobb Atlanta

I got this from a mail campaign in Cobb. It was a condo but burned down and EHO way cleaned it up. The HLA fees are only $47 and they have been for the last five years. I looked up other condos that has sold in the last six months and two sold for 66,001 sold for 25,000 but those were all two bedroom 1 1/2 bathrooms. This one was a three 1 1/2 bathroom.

I don't have these under contract yet because it's just the land that I would be selling but on the pipes and everything on the ground is still there so really all you need to do is just build the house. There's another burn down similar condo to the right and one that's been condemned behind it. I'm working on contacting those owners as well.
