So frustrating
I am just hear to rant....don't worry you can play the violin. I have been looking to reinvest a liquidated property since August. I suspect that I am being too fussy but I refuse to invest just to invest without a decent return. Of course once I find the golden ones my LOI is usually an hour too late. To add to the pressure I am planning on liquidating another property soon, yet haven't reinvested the one yet.
Anyway this is just a rant. People do not realize the pressure investors sometimes have to make the wisest choice and I know you would understand. Ok, Ok go ahead call me a baby!
