Hey everyone, I'm brand new to investing real estate! I own a business that is doing well but the money stays within the business which allows it to grow year after year. I want to start flipping and selling and/or flipping and putting renters in. I have decent credit but I have never bought a house so I think the only loan I would be able to get would be a first time home buyers..?... My wife and I rent out my parents apartment so we are in the perfect point in our life to really get ahead on investing and saving some money. Does anyone have any idea on where to start meaning, how to get a loan without first time home buyer or what steps we should take. We just need to get our feet wet and we will take off. Any advise would really help me out! Thanks guys!
