2015 Off to the races!!

Hey Everyone,

I posted a little over a month ago about my goals for 2015, and so far I am ahead of schedule! We just closed on our first rehab flip property yesterday, which I am planning to have back on the market in early May. I have been working on this one since the fall so it is nice to finally have it closed and ready to roll!!

However, as I was trying to keep that one from falling apart at the last minute I came across another incredible deal on auction.com which I am happy to say just got bank approval!! This could be a huge moneymaker with a combo deal of a rehab flip property with an additional vacant lot for new construction.

If this keeps up 2015 is going to far exceed my expectations!!
