Ok many people know me as a successful (and sometimes crazy) real estate investor. What I done often talk about is 2009 resulted in use losing our empire we had built. There tons of reasons, why, bottom line it happened and we learnt from it. Now 5 years out of Bankruptcy we are again looking at new construction projects and back in the flipping game. It wasn't easy, it required work, calculated risk, and money (but not much). I am not a guru to say It happened in my sleep, in fact many sleepless nights working to pull things back together.
