Bought the house for 23k and resold it for 29k in 60 days, didn't even clean it. I really only spent $1500 out of pocket and made $6k, so tripled my cash outlay. I did this under the guidance of my partner. I am doing about 6-8 of these this year, in addition to my buy and holds.
