I'm currently working on 4 deals at the sametime. All of them in a different market than where I live. It's though but it's pretty fun. All of this wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for all the information, and quick response for the BP community!!! So this is a big thank you to everyone!! Let's home that I can close fast :-)
