How was I supposed to know someone would still a brick from my flip and  use it to break his window! The things they dont show us on TV.. Rehabbing gone wrong.. Maybe I should put a sign on his door telling him its his Fault I am 20k over budget because he did his house so nice. Now I have to do mine really nice.
