Finding the best real estate broker or agent

I have enjoyed several successes in connecting people to real estate agents and brokers. I look at it similarly to a matchmaking/dating service.  I enjoy learning who is the best in a specific area or specific niche.  Any real estate professionals or brokers that specialize in just connecting other agents or brokers?  Any advice if I am looking to expand my business by referring other brokers?
