Need some help with rental property sale
I've had a rental property in Alabama for 12 years; and it's paid for; and I have received an offer/contract for $170,000. I would be interested in hearing your suggestions, ideas, advice, on how you would handle the sale. Also, what is the best transaction taxwise? Reinvestment, cashout, 1031, etc.? I live in Florida; have no outstanding debt except for my condo mortgage, which is $150,000. Thanks
