What web sites are utilized for the most up to date sales data in metro Atlanta by you the local investors?

I am not based in Atlanta, but based on my experiences in the Seattle area - usually MLS and county records are most accurate. CoreLogic offers a number of database products to title companies and real estate professionals, so those tools would contain up-to-date information as well.

On the other hand, I have found information aggregated by zillow.com to be quite inaccurate.
