A couple of months ago I received an email about "the ultimate guide to analyzing rental properties" and I have the email unfortunately the link is not opening.  The guide was great and I was trying to show a friend and I was unable to open it.  Please let me know if there is some other place on the website I can get it.  Thank you!!!
