Selling multi family property to a corporation
I am doing an owner-finance wraparound balloon on a multi family 6 unit property. The buyer is a corporation, but do I not need a person to be responsible for the mortgage? What are my cons if I sell to a corporation? I understand I need an attorney, but I am being asked to sign something that I do not feel is right. Any info will be appreciated.
