Recently I received a call from one of my yellow letters. I sent the guy a letter for his house so I could wholesale it. He informed me that he was more interested in selling his gigantic peace of land adjacent to his home. He informed me that a development company had offered him 1.2 million for the property and they went through the process for permits, easements etc.... The project the were preparing for was 169 to 224 apartment units. Its cost would be a little over 10 million in construction cost. The development company has falling of the earth. So the seller offered me the chance at getting a another developer to do this project. Does Any one know major developers that can get a deal like this done. This will be gigantic pay check for any one who can help me get this deal going. The Land Is in Puyallup Washington
