Thank you @biggerpockets!  Its because of BP that I'm able to write this great story.  Today I acquired doors number 3 and 4, a duplex, with the help of another BP member ( @Stephen Johnson ). I met Steve through other BP members at a local REIA meeting and he had a great wholesale opportunity. This truly was a win, win, win for the seller, myself the buyer, and Steve. There were some hiccups along the way with a seller who was out of country but we stayed patient and today we closed. I can't say enough how professional Steve was throughout the whole process. I'll be reaching out again in a few months when I'm ready for my next turn at monopoly in real life.
