Help! Whats a good way to sell a fixer fast.

Hi everyone, I have a house that I intended to rehabb. I let it sit to long. Now its been red tagged and I need to sell it fast. I was thinking of auctioning it. Have any of you tried this?
The numbers crunch for rental or flipper after repair. I just can't get it done at this time. Do any of you have any other good Ideas for a fast sale?
