Got my first house! Thanks to bigger pockets

Hey everyone. Long overdue but I got my first house end of July and it's thanks to this website. I started looking on here after the summer of graduating from college and after learning from all of you, I was able to make the purchase. I eve used a realtor that was recommended to me from bigger pockets. Thanks for all of your help. House is now rehab and I am getting ready to prepare to rent it out. Hopefully by this time next year I'll be writing about a 2nd purchase
