Newbie needs some advice

Newbie here, wondering how I would go about finding an investor who would be interested in buying my home in Denver and renting it back to me.  I am recently divorced and have been ordered by the court to sell the home so that my ex husband can take his equity to pay his attorney fees.  I can afford the mortgage but am unable to refinance since I am just now reentering the work force.  I am trying every angle I can to keep my children in the house and avoid further disruption to them.

Thanks for any wisdom on how to find someone who might be interested in investing.
