ARV - $1.2 Mil

Contract Price - $670k

Rehab Cost - $80k - $100k (Complete Gut, Needs everything new, Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Cabinetry, Appliances, Flooring, Windows, etc.).

Also have questions about financing if its worth attempting.
