A flip we just S-O-L-D ~ pics and numbers

We closed on this flip beginning of July. It took 3 months to rehab, 2 days to get under contract with end buyer, and a month to close. We are very happy with the results! 

Purchase $130,000

Closing/Fixed/Commissions  $ 25,180

Rehab $46,500

Sale price  $250,000

Concessions $3,200

Profit $45,120
