Flip Property Deal Return Spreadsheet

Hello, Does anyone have a good excel spreadsheet that will calculate multiple different properties deal returns so as to analyze an entire portfolio? Not huge, but I own 8 properties in Buffalo NY and are looking to flip (after 1-½ years) three of the properties, and wanted a way to track from my portfolio all of the properties that we sold.
