Newbie needing some advice on a potential deal!?

Hello everyone. I stay in these condos in my town and I just figured out that my landlord was looking to sell my condo to me. I'm young and in college and was looking to see what exactly my options are. Any ideas on strategy will help. Thanks in advance.
