Two proud fathers
In the last week both my son (20) and my nephew (15) have asked if they can do work for us and invest their earnings in properties with us. And they had not talked about this, both came to that conclusion independently. As an added bonus, my son just finished HVAC training, and my nephew has helped his father on many rehabs. So they will each be bringing useful skills to help out.
