Where do I find deals?

Brand new to the forum i am from orlando Florida. I just recently took my class to become an agent but I have bought and sold a couple houses for profit, these were just undervalued neighborhoods I found either subject to or lease purchase, I am looking for people to work with wholesaling buy and hold an potential flips, I know this is a loaded question but where do you start to find these deals?
