First property on the market

I closed on my first property on January 29th. The property was listed on the market Friday 4/18/2014. This is an exciting time for my wife and I right now as this property projects a modest profit. More importantly, it allowed us to see the entire process from beginning to end. We learned so many things that we had no idea about. Hopefully this one sells fast but no worries as we are not working on our second deal.

I wanted to thank the BP community for an enormous amount of help although you may not even know you did it. I am not a big poster kind of person but I have poured over the hundreds of forums for information during the entire process. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH. I would have been lost with out you.

@Adam Hofmann - You asked in January for me to profile this along the way. I was remiss in that but wanted to update you on the project status.
