Closed First Deal Looking for Next

I closed on my first deal a few days ago! Four single family homes all in the same area of town. It went smooth and now I am looking for another deal. I am looking for a flip but am having some trouble finding a "sore thumb" in a nice area with good comps. Maybe I will just end up getting a buy and hold. I really want to do a flip though.
