Buying tax deeds & being organized with a system

Hi, I have a question. I am interested in buying tax deeds. I have a due diligence checklist that I am trying to put together. I am needing help getting organized with everything from templates to login information in Microsoft Word, etc. I just don't have the system in order and these gurus do not simplify it. Thank you.
