Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $235,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Duplex I bought for my son in Cleburne, Texas.
Buying them for my children helps me deal with the crap that sometimes comes up instead of selling them too quickly.

Traditional mortgage

Evicting the tenants and upgrading the floors, counters and paint.

Evictions aren’t that hard but a manager can save your life.
