With North Charleston's evolving STR regulations on the horizon, we did our due diligence early, ensuring the property would comply with the new laws—and it did. We found this deal on the MLS and did very little negotiating due to the hot market in 2022.

How did you finance this deal?

With a limited partner and traditional financing.

How did you add value to the deal?

Due to my background, I did the lion's share of the remodeling myself and my wife did the interior decor with mostly reused items making it a slam dunk.
