Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $700,000

Legal 3 family in Essex County. Brick exterior. 2 car garage with 3 parking spaces.

How did you add value to the deal?

Installed 3 brand new hvac systems in each unit, undated kitchen and bathroom and added security cameras on exterior of property.
