Advice on Managing a Construction Loan

I am about to manage a complete rehab on a SFH and have been given authority to project manage the construction portion of the loan. The budget is set at about $35k and there are 6 draws. I will be using a myriad of contractors and subs to make this project work. Does anyone have any advice for this scenario? Thanks in advance.

Construction Management is what I do in my day job. What specific questions do you have? You can PM me; I'll be back at home this evening and be able to respond.
