How To Calculate Returns When Using Debt Snowball Payoff
Hi All!
I'm analyzing properties in my expensive market which has a dire need for affordable housing. I am trying to calculate my returns over a 10-year period using the rent-by-room strategy, which results in significantly more cash flow than traditional rentals. I would apply the cash flow to pay down the debt and hope to have significant passive income (or equity to put into something else) in 10 years. Does anyone know of a calculator where I can plug in the additional yearly pay down along with the appreciation rate of my area?
