This townhouse, which had gone through probate, suffered from significant water damage to the drywall and required updates throughout. Initially, our plan was to fix the drywall leaks, clean out the property, and relist it for a small profit. However, as we delved deeper into the project, we realized that a complete remodel would be more beneficial. This decision increased our budget from $15K to $45K, but it turned out to be a wise investment.
