Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $215,000
Cash invested: $45,000

Long term new construction buy and hold. We changed fixtures and added an accent wall. It was rented before I even got a chance to put it on the market.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Fit buy box of A or B rated school district in good area that could appreciate over time.

New Construction. negoiated price

I rented before I could even put on the market with one social media post.

I wish I bought more in this neighborhood. This was the first of 2 that I own in this neighborhood.
