Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $635,000
Cash invested: $10,000

In the process of closing. Will be first investment property. We will owner occupy for a minimum of 1 year.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I see potential in investing in Multi families. This particular property is in a great location. The current owner updated TLC so its move i ready.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Zillow and local real estate agent

How did you finance this deal?

    what was and now is the property renting at? 1b1b? are you self managing and what are you using to do that?  trying to find a 4-8plex that cashflows more than 1000 is rough. and to make it not a section 8 is even harder it seems
